Armm Contractors Ltd aims to provide high-quality services across all sectors. Due to the nature of construction, refurbishment, and installation works, refunds are not automatically provided once work has commenced.

Any requests for refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the scope of works, contractual terms, materials ordered, and the stage of completion. Where appropriate, we may offer remedial work in place of a refund.

All concerns must be raised in writing as soon as reasonably possible to allow us the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
